We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Handyman to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our facilities maintenance operations, ensuring that all properties, guest spaces, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and painting systems across assigned areas, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, following established procedures and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks with precision, leaving all spaces clean, organized, and in perfect working condition upon completion
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate complex projects and share knowledge across the maintenance department
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes while performing duties
