Key Responsibilities
- Meet and advise buyers, tenants, and investors across Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Convert warm leads into closed transactions
- Manage listings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts
- Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
- Build long-term client relationships and referral networks
- Develop a strong personal brand within the Dubai real estate market
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently manage the sales pipeline

Preferred (but not required):
- Real estate experience (Dubai or international)
- Sales experience (automotive, recruitment, luxury retail, or commission-based roles)
- RERA License (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license
