We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, and logistics cost control functions within a machine manufacturing / technical environment.
The role requires strong leadership, hands-on financial control, and close coordination with operations and logistics to ensure cost efficiency and healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and long-term financial strategy
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management on profitability, cost control, and capital expenditure
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance in line with UAE regulations
- Develop and manage cost accounting systems and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee logistics-related financial planning, including freight, customs, shipping, warehousing, and landed cost analysis
- Manage banking relationships and secure bank facilities (LCs, guarantees, working capital facilities)
- Maintain strong control over receivables, collections, and cash flow management
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and reporting frameworks across operations
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and high performance.

Requirements
- Proven senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors
- Strong experience in project-based costing, logistics cost control, budgeting, and financial controls
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring finance teams
- Professional qualification required: CPA, ACCA, or CMA
- UAE / GCC market experience is highly preferred
