Roles & responsibilities
- Must have proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates to clients.
- Promote Nexum’s HR services effectively to potential clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Responsible not only for acquiring clients but also for actively sourcing and building a pool of candidates/applicants based on client requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination and alignment throughout the recruitment process , from job posting, candidate screening, endorsement, interview scheduling, up to onboarding.
- Handle basic digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and social media outreach to generate both client and candidate leads.
- Present the company and its HR services clearly, confidently, and professionally to potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports, recruitment updates, and performance reports to management.
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Highly attentive to process flow and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring smooth coordination at every stage of recruitment.
