What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's
degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferable.
- Minimum
of 1-2 years of progressive experience in a Luxury Hotel environment within the
UAE, with the ability to thrive in
a high-volume environment.
- Computer
literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an
exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
- Exceptional organisational skills, and a
passion for delivering ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Experiences.
- Strong
business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue and
manage costs effectively.
- A
Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every
aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, leveraging strong verbal and written
skills to engage effectively with guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
- Next-Level
Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the
FIVE Tribe to New Heights.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates
an exceptional understanding of Hotel Procedures, diligently checking all
bulletins for up-to-date information.
- Receives
Daily Briefings on all special events, ensuring comprehensive knowledge and
readiness.
- Acquires
in-depth knowledge of all guest rooms, their unique features, luxurious
amenities, and the extensive range of services offered by FIVE.
- Efficiently
fulfills any Special Requests from management within your capabilities,
delivering ‘FIVE-Styled’ experiences tailored to guests' desires.
- Maintains
the CID System by consistently updating it with the hotel's sensational Activities
daily.
- Ensures
meticulous accuracy in balancing the CID System daily, guaranteeing Flawless Records.
- Inserts
precise Guest Profiles into the CID System, capturing every detail to deliver Exquisite
Services.
- Performs
Seamless Room Moves on the CID System, staying in sync with the regular updates
on OPERA.
- Skillfully
relays crucial messages posted on the CID System to the concerned departments
of the hotel, orchestrating a Seamless Flow of Communication.
- Proactively
seeks and shares any changes to the CID Process or updates related to UAE laws
pertaining to Hotel Operations, displaying Visionary Leadership within the
Front Office Team.
- Promptly
checks out rooms from the CID System as soon as the check-out process is
completed on OPERA, ensuring a Smooth Transition for departing guests.
- Conducts
Daily Reconciliation and Balancing of Opera TD and DTCM Portal TD, ensuring Industry-Leading
Financial Record-Keeping processes.
- Ensures
complete and accurate Handovers to other FIVE Tribe Members, delivering Seamless
Exchanges of Information.
- Efficiently
handles CID Inspections with finesse, showcasing exquisite Attention to Detail
and an Unwavering Commitment to Boundary-Breaking Standards.
- Exemplifies
versatility by performing any other functions deemed necessary by the Reporting
Leader, consistently going Above and Beyond to Exceed Expectations.
