Job Description

Responsible for ensuring construction aligns with approved plans and specifications by coordinating with the design office, contractors, and client representatives. Leads the discipline team to maintain high technical standards and deliver consistent, high-quality service across supervision projects.


Job Duties:


  • Provide expert support to discipline engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Structural) to ensure smooth project execution and technical excellence.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project contract documents.
  • Interpret and clarify technical aspects of contract documents to support accurate implementation on-site.
  • Assist the Technical Associate Director in identifying, evaluating, and resolving technical issues to maintain project schedules.
  • Report and highlight non-conformities related to construction and engineering activities on-site.
  • Coordinate with the Design Engineer to implement necessary design modifications during construction.
  • Maintain and continuously develop high technical standards across all assigned projects.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the successful delivery of services and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client queries, providing clear and informed technical guidance.
  • Monitor the performance of Design Consultants, ensuring timely review and approval of shop drawings, RFIs, and other technical submittals.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance during construction activities and report any violations in accordance with safety protocols.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 20 years demonstrable experience in the all aspects of supervision and project administration of the Architectural works related to large-scale projects within Middle East in the consulting industry.
  • Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent. Membership of a recognized institution (i.e. PE/Peng, CEng Etc.) would be preferred. LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus
