As a Butcher Assistant, you will work directly under the Head Butcher in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Butcher with daily protein preparation and portioning Support cutting, trimming, and portion control of meat and seafood items Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times Monitor stock levels and assist in minimizing waste Prepare mise-en-place efficiently for daily operations Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow instructions accurately and work at pace during busy periods Support receiving and proper storage of deliveries Compensation & Benefits AED 2,500 per month (all-inclusive) Duty meal provided Medical insurance provided Annual flight ticket (every 12 months) Uniform provided Live out arrangement Working Schedule 5–6 days per week (rotational schedule) Immediate start preferred This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, motivated, and ready to build technical butchery skills in a structured and professional environment.
