Job Title: AI Design Lead (Architecture & Interior Design)

Position Description

This role sits at the intersection of traditional spatial design and cutting-edge computational intelligence. You will be responsible for high-level project delivery while simultaneously acting as a catalyst for the Dubai Studios Ai Native digital transformation. You will bridge the gap between conceptual AI exploration and the rigorous technical requirements of the built environment. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Visualization & Delivery

• Rapid Prototyping: Utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo AI, PromeAI) to produce high-fidelity architectural visualizations and interior concepts.


• Hybrid Workflows: Integrating AI-generated assets into traditional Autodesk Revit and BIM environments to accelerate design optioneering.


• Project Synthesis: Overseeing the transition from AI-assisted concepts to technical documentation, ensuring design intent remains intact through construction delivery.

2. Technical Development & AI Tooling

• Custom Tooling: Developing bespoke applications within environments such as Google AI Studio to automate repetitive design tasks working with the assistance and coordination of our Group IT Team


• Model Management: Fine-tuning and prompting advanced image models to maintain a consistent aesthetic language across the firm’s portfolio.


• Workflow Optimization: Refining  "AI-native" workflows that reduce manual drafting time and enhance creative output.

3. Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer

• Strategic Training: Leading workshops to upskill architects and interior designers in prompt engineering and ethical AI usage.


• Mentorship: Acting as a subject matter expert, guiding staff one on one on how to effectively integrate AI into their daily design processes.


• Best Practices: Reinforcing firm-wide standards for AI usage, data privacy, and intellectual property.
  

Requirements :

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (minimum 5-8 years of experience in project delivery 

Mastery of Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or Nano Banana. Experience with LLM's for technical brief

Familiary with Python or JavaScript

Experience in building agents

Expert profiency in Autodesk Revit, Rhino, or Sketchup

Proven track record of mentoring teams through technical change
