As Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day clinical leadership of the clinic, working closely with the Nursing Supervisor and multidisciplinary team.
You will:
Provide clinical leadership and coordination for a team of approximately 8–15 nurses
Allocate daily duties, manage clinic flow, and ensure smooth patient journeys
Act as a clinical reference point for nurses, supporting decision‑making and best practice
Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and medication management
Support competency development, coaching, and performance standards within the team
Ensure accurate clinical documentation, KPIs, and care planning
Assist in managing caseloads and escalating clinical or staffing concerns appropriately
Take an active role in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic
This is a hands‑on clinical leadership role, ideal for nurses who enjoy balancing patient care with team coordination.

About You
Essential Qualifications & Licensing
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
BLS certification (mandatory)
ACLS / PALS certification is an advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
Confident using electronic medical records and digital systems
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an accredited clinical setting
At least 2 years’ experience in a Charge Nurse or senior nursing role, ideally within the UAE
Experience in nursing scheduling, delegation, and clinic coordination
Primary care or outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable
Clinical & Leadership Skills
Strong knowledge of acute and chronic disease management
Confident in ECG, spirometry, wound care, immunisations, IV therapy, cannulation, and emergency response
Strong organisational, communication, and decision‑making skills
Calm, professional leadership style with the ability to support and guide teams
Comfortable managing operational priorities in a busy clinic setting
