Telesales Specialist – Dubai Job Title: Telesales Specialist Work Schedule: Office-based Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm Salary: Up to 8000 AED per month
Our client specialises in interior design and construction for their diverse clientele. They are currently hiring a full-time, office-based Telesales Representatives in Dubai to work with their client database. The role requires making a minimum of 100 calls per day, using a provided script and training to qualify leads and generate appointments.
Key Responsibilities:· Make at least 100 outbound cold calls daily from the company database Follow the provided telesales script and training for consistent communication· Present company services/products in a professional manner· Record call outcomes and update the database accurately· Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups/appointments for the sales team· Meet daily and weekly performance targets (calls, leads, conversions)· Maintain a professional and positive client approach
Requirements:· Previous telesales or customer service experience· Must be currently based in Dubai· Fluency in English(required) and Arabic (a plus)· Strong communication skills and confident phone manner· Ability to follow scripts and training guidelines· Target-driven, resilient, and able to handle objections· Basic computer skills
Monthly KPIs Average 100 calls a day 10 leads to scheduled appointments is 80% target reach15 leads to scheduled appointments is 100% target reach
Types of Commissions1. Fixed bonus per appointment / AED 2502. Commission on closed deals / 1% (Super Bonus)3. Fixed tiered bonus: 80% target reach / AED 2000 100% target reach / AED 3000
