Summary:
Royal International Construction is currently looking for a Permit To Work (PTW) Officer to manage and control work permits for high-risk activities on construction sites while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Responsibilities:
Issue, monitor, and close work permits including hot work, confined space, electrical, and excavation permits.
Review permit requests and ensure risk assessments and safety control measures are in place.
Ensure all permits comply with HSE policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and HSE teams before work begins.
Maintain accurate PTW records, logs, and reports for site activities.
Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with permit conditions and safety procedures.
Support the HSE team in promoting safe work practices and PTW awareness.
Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Requirements
High School or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in PTW systems, HSE, or construction safety roles.
Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and high-risk work permits.
Understanding of construction safety regulations and risk assessment processes.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
