Role Summary
As the Paid Digital Media Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid acquisition channels to drive audience growth and revenue. This mid-level, full-time remote role is critical for scaling our reach and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) across key digital platforms. Your success will be measured by the efficient allocation of budgets and the measurable impact of your campaigns on our core business objectives.
Work Setup & Collaboration- This is aremoterole requiring a high degree of self-management and proactive communication.
- Standard working hours are9 am to 6 pm, Sunday to Thursday (Dubai time, GMT+4).
- You will collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams primarily through asynchronous tools and scheduled video calls.
- Candidates are preferred to be located in one of the following countries: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan or India.
What You'll Do- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize ROAS.
- Develop and implement sophisticated audience targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Identify, test, and scale new paid media channels to diversify and grow our acquisition efforts.
- Establish a robust testing framework to run A/B and multivariate tests on creative, audiences, and bidding.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and inform future optimization strategies.
- Own the end-to-end performance of assigned channels, reporting on results, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and with analytics to refine attribution modeling.
Success Indicators- Consistently achieve or exceed target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) goals.
- Successfully launch and validate at least one new, scalable acquisition channel within the first nine months.
- Demonstrate measurable campaign improvement through structured A/B testing and incrementality analysis.
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis to key stakeholders.
- Maintain budget pacing within a +/- 5% variance of the planned monthly and quarterly spend.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise buying media and managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native reporting).
- Proven experience with data-driven marketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and media measurement best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Clear written communication skills for effective asynchronous collaboration in a remote environment.
- Relevant and current digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
Nice to Have- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs).
- Familiarity with the media and publishing industry.
- Experience working with or managing agency partners.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
