KINETIKA – Patient Navigator (Junior) Job Description

Position: Patient Navigator – Junior

Department: Reception / Patient Navigation

Location: KINETIKA Physiotherapy & Wellness Center


Role Summary

The Patient Navigator supports the daily operations of the clinic by assisting patients from their first contact with KINETIKA until the completion of their treatment journey.

This role focuses on providing a welcoming and organized patient experience, managing bookings, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring accurate handling of patient information and payments.

The Patient Navigator plays an important role in maintaining the clinic’s professional image and ensuring that every patient feels supported and well-guided throughout their visit.


Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience

  • Welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist patients with bookings, rescheduling, and general inquiries
  • Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit
  • Guide patients through their appointments and treatment journey

Appointments & System Management

  • Manage patient bookings and schedules accurately
  • Update patient records and information in the clinic system
  • Ensure all patient information is recorded correctly
  • Assist in coordinating therapist schedules when needed

Reception & Administrative Support

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment requests
  • Support billing and payment processes at reception
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area
  • Assist the clinic team with basic administrative tasks

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
  • Follow clinic policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy when handling bookings, payments, and documentation



Important Expectations

  • Arabuc and English Speaker
  • Male
  • Accuracy is more important than speed
  • Patient confidentiality must always be respected
  • Professional communication is required at all times
  • When unsure, the Patient Navigator is expected to ask for guidance rather than assume

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional and calm under pressure
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is an advantage.
