The BID COORDINATOR for interiors will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the bidding process for interior design projects. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.
Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate and manage the entire bid process for interior design projects, from initial request for proposals (RFP) to final submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, estimators, and project managers, to gather necessary information for bids.
- Review bid documents and requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy in all submissions.
- Organize and maintain all bid documentation, including drawings, specifications, and pricing information.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to gather information and clarify requirements.
- Support in the development of pricing strategies and proposals to win new business opportunities.
- Monitor bid deadlines and follow up on submissions to meet project timelines.




Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating bids for interior design projects.
- Strong understanding of bidding processes, RFPs, and procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and bid management software.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality in bid submissions.
