We are looking for a UAE National Central Sales Support Executive with fluent English-speaking skills with some experience in customer service and administration role. 

This is a full-time permanent role located in Abu Dhabi.

This role sits at the heart of sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient stock management across locations.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end sales documentation and system updates from booking through to vehicle delivery, including SAP entries, deal packs, insurance, finance, and registration documents
• Ensure 100% accuracy and completion of all sales documentation, enabling smooth cross-checking with internal departments
• Coordinate tagging, de-tagging, and unit swaps to meet branch and customer requirements
• Support the availability, preparation, and tracking of demo, display, Goshi, and marketing units
• Monitor and manage aged stock, customer-tagged units, and vehicle movement to meet SLA commitments
• Prepare and maintain key weekly and monthly reports, including demo, PDI, conversion, and de-fleeting reports
• Support day-to-day sales operations through effective coordination with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and Operations teams

Skills

Required skills to be successful

• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer service experience will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
• UAE National with family book

About the Team

You will be part of the Sales Support function, reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader and working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. The team plays a critical role in enabling timely vehicle delivery, accurate transactions, and a consistently positive customer experience — all with the goal of creating customers for life.

What Equips You for the Role

• High School qualification
• 3–4 years’ experience in a similar sales support or automotive retail operations role
• Proven experience supporting sales operations, stock management, and documentation control
• Strong organisational skills with a results-driven and proactive approach
