Job Purpose
Supports the Commercial Solutions Manager in identifying, designing, prototyping, and implementing practical technology solutions that address business needs and drive measurable impact. Acts as a tech-savvy business enabler who translates operational requirements into scalable, cost-effective digital solutions using low-code/no-code tools, automation platforms, analytics, and structured problem-solving approaches.
Key Result Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Structuring
- Work closely with business teams to document processes, pain points, and opportunity areas.
- Translate business needs into structured functional requirements and solution outlines.
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
Solution Design & Prototyping
- Design and build MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, dashboards, or workflow systems.
- Develop proof-of-concepts before full-scale IT development.
- Ensure solution design considers scalability, performance, and integration needs.
Scalability & Performance Metrics
- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, performance, cost savings, automation rates, and ROI.
- Analyze scalability indicators such as: Volume handling capacity, User growth impact, Process cycle time, Cost per transaction.
- Flag technical or operational bottlenecks early.

Process Optimization
- Map and optimize workflows to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Recommend process improvements supported by digital tools.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Extract and analyze operational and commercial data.
- Use data to validate impact of implemented solutions.
Governance & Documentation
- Maintain clear documentation of solutions, workflows, metrics, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and architectural standards.
- Support handover to development teams when scaling beyond MVP stage.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor solution performance post-implementation.
- Suggest iterations and optimizations.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and cost-efficient technologies.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Strong Understanding of Business Process Mapping & Optimization
- Strong Knowledge of Low-Code / No-Code Solution Development.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code tools, workflow automation platforms, or data visualization tools.
Work Experience-Internal
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, solution analysis, digital transformation, or technology-enabled operations.
- Experience working in structured IT or digital environments (aviation industry is a plus).
