As a Property Consultant specializing in warm buyer leads in the vibrant Dubai real estate market, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential buyers with their dream properties. With a focus on warm leads, your ability to build relationships and understand client needs will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads

• Conduct property viewings

• Advise clients on buying property

• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates

• Stay updated on market trends and property regulations in Dubai

• Build long-term relationships with clients

Other relevant works arranged by manager.

All the relevant work assigned should be reported daily to reporting manager.

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current property trends
• Sales acumen to effectively present properties and close deals
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Real estate experience mandatory
• Good English required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
