The Role Micronisus Systems is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale enterprise applications across frontend, backend, and AI-powered systems. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can work independently, take ownership, and deliver complete features end-to-end. You will be working across modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.

⚠️ Important: This is an onsite role in Dubai. Candidates must already be based in Dubai and willing to work from the office.

What You’ll Do 

Full Stack Development

• Build end-to-end applications across frontend and backend
• Own features from design → development → deployment
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Frontend

• Develop applications using React.js (or similar frameworks)
• Build reusable components and optimize UI performance
• Work closely with designers to implement clean, user-friendly interfaces

Backend

• Develop backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Design and implement APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Build scalable, high-performance systems

Data & Systems

• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Optimize queries, data models, and system performance
• Implement caching and async processing

AI Integrations (Nice to Have)

• Integrate AI/LLM services into applications
• Work with APIs, embeddings, or RAG-based features

Cloud & Deployment

• Work with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Skills

What We’re Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in fullstack development
• Strong experience with React.js + JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong backend experience with Python
• Experience building APIs and working with databases
• Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization

Key Requirements

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
• Currently based in Dubai and able to work onsite
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Arabic is a plus
