Responsibilities:

Event Management & Coordination


  • Plan, organize, and manage community events, health awareness campaigns, and public engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor event budgets and timelines to meet organizational standards.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)


  • Develop and implement CSR programs aligned with SEHA’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver impactful CSR initiatives.
  • Track and report on CSR activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.

Public Relations & Community Engagement


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and government entities.
  • Support media coverage for events and CSR activities in coordination with the Communications team.
  • Prepare press releases, speeches, and promotional content for community-related initiatives.

Monitoring & Reporting


  • Evaluate the effectiveness of events and CSR programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on community engagement and CSR activities for management review.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in event management, CSR, or community relations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Healthcare sector
