Key Responsibilities.

Support engineering teams with chemical analysis, material compatibility, and technical input.

Perform laboratory testing, sampling, and QA/QC for project materials and process streams.

Prepare chemical specifications and assist in vendor evaluation and technical bid reviews.

Provide chemical support during construction, commissioning, and start‑up activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards for chemical handling.

Coordinate with EPC teams and contribute to design reviews such as HAZOP/HAZID.

Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation for project phases.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of industrial chemistry, material compatibility, corrosion chemistry, and water treatment.
• Experience with EPC project documentation and construction-phase requirements.
• Proficiency in chemical testing, analytical instruments, and lab QA/QC systems.
• Strong technical writing, reporting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, OSHA, API, NACE).

Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Experience

• 3–5 years of chemistry experience, including at least 2–3 years in EPC projects (oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, water treatment, etc.).
• Hands-on laboratory experience and familiarity with engineering workflows.
