You will manage the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the gold standard of 5-star hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Manage guest check-in/check-out and concierge services with precision.
Provide expert recommendations on local attractions and high-end services.
Coordinate with all hotel departments to fulfill VIP guest requests.
Maintain an impeccable front-of-house presence and professional demeanor.
Handle administrative tasks and reservations using premium property management systems.
Contract: 6 months (Start: 18–20 May) with potential for extension.
Salary: €1,500 Gross per month.
Tax: Low employee tax (approximately 6%).
Housing: Individual room provided for only €100/month.

Experience: 2 to 6+ years in the luxury hotel industry (5-star experience highly preferred).
