We are seeking a skilled Dermatologist with strong aesthetic expertise to join a dynamic clinical team in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct thorough patient consultations to diagnose medical dermatology conditions and assess aesthetic concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medical therapies, procedural interventions, and aftercare guidance.
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures and aesthetic treatments within scope of training, such as laser therapies, chemical peels, fillers, botulinum toxin injections, microneedling, and non-surgical rejuvenation techniques.
• Evaluate and manage chronic skin diseases (e.g., acne, rosacea, dermatitis, psoriasis) with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor treatment outcomes, adjust plans as needed, and provide ongoing patient education on skin health and maintenance.
• Collaborate with dermatology nurses and staff to ensure smooth practice operations and high patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records, documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Stay current with advances in dermatology and aesthetic medicine; participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Adhere to safety protocols, sterilization, and infection control standards; manage risk and ensure patient safety during all procedures.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach activities to promote services and build patient trust (as appropriate).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Medical degree in dermatology or related field from an accredited university; board certification preferred.
• Relevant licensure or eligibility to practice in the UAE; existing DHA/MOH licenses or ability to obtain them is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical dermatology with a strong aesthetic practice portfolio.
• Proficiency in common cosmetic procedures and modalities relevant to the UAE market, with a commitment to patient safety and results.
• Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Professionalism, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory and clinic policies.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations or additional hours as required by the clinic schedule.

Required Skills

• Medical dermatology expertise with a focus on aesthetic dermatology and non-surgical procedures.
• Technical proficiency with lasers, injectables (fillers, neurotoxins), chemical peels, microneedling, and PRP therapies where applicable.
• Strong opt-in for patient safety, risk management, and meticulous documentation.
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus given the UAE market and patient demographics.
