Roles & Responsibilities
Good knowledge of end-user computing devices (Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Peripherals)
Familiarity with latest hardware technologies and Microsoft environment (Windows OS, M365, Active Directory, etc.)
Basic understanding of device imaging, software installation, and troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
Experience in handling user requests and incidents
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to interact professionally with end-users including senior management and VIPs
Capable of providing personalized support when required and managing user expectations
Basic understanding of IT support etiquette when dealing with executive users
