Our client is currently hiring for the position of Director Of Internal Audit, Governance & Compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct periodic governance audits as well as financial audits as and when required.
• Lead internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
• Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and processes
• Report audit findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Develop and implement governance and compliance policies and procedures across organizations
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements
• Produce and present monthly risk appetite report to management
• Establish and maintain an enterprise risk management framework
• Identify key business risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory inspectors
