Our client is currently hiring for the position of Fleet & Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, packing, inventory accuracy, and efficient space utilization.
. Ensure finished goods are stored under appropriate conditions to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
. Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and conduct training on handling and storage practices.
. Plan and coordinate the delivery of finished wheat products to customers and distributors.
. Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
. Ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are followed to prevent breakdowns and delays.
. Maintain accurate inventory records, logistics data, and fleet maintenance logs.
. Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations, logistics, and fleet maintenance.
. Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and fleet service vendors for cost efficiency.
