Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform routine inspections of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas by implementing effective cleaning schedules and practices to minimize disruption.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic cleaning and sanitation principles.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning, showcasing reliability and consistency in work habits.

  • Certification in cleaning safety protocols or chemical handling, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

  • Proficiency in operating various cleaning machinery, such as floor buffers and carpet extractors, ensuring effective task execution.
