Key responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling with high accuracy
Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing as needed
Assist in project coordination and execution
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Organize events, meetings, and company functions as required

Qualifications & skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Odoo)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
