Roles & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end-to-end implementation of digital wealth management platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and third-party vendors.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and providing clear direction to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field.

• 8+ years of project management experience in banking, wealth, or asset management.

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds (NAV, subscriptions/redemptions, fund lifecycle).

• Good understanding of sukuk structures, Sharia compliance, and Islamic finance principles.

• Experience in digital wealth platforms or investment systems.

• Hands-on experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware).

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilitie

• Strong experience in Product, Program, Consulting, Business Management Roles

• Proven track record of successfully managing and driving customer-centric programs

Tools: MS Office, PPM tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence; familiarity with test mgmt and release orchestration
