About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee all HR activities, develop and implement HR policies, and partner with leadership to drive organizational growth and employee engagement. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Oversee performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll operations Design and deliver training and development programs Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures Maintain accurate HR records and optimize HRIS usage Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff on HR best practices Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in human resources management Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday Fluency in Arabic and English Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment Background in organizational development and change management initiatives
