Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and purchase order processing

  • Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and follow-ups

  • Track shipments and logistics execution

  • Support inventory monitoring and reconciliation

  • Maintain supply chain documentation and records

  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams regarding material requirements

  • Support vendor performance reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience (internship experience can be considered)

  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP preferred

  • Strong analytical and coordination skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
