Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, washrooms, and storage areas.
Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly.
Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment when required.
Dispose of garbage and ensure waste bins are emptied and cleaned on time.
Assist kitchen and service staff in maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used properly and stored safely.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and food safety standards of the restaurant.
Support the team with basic cleaning tasks during busy hours.
Desired Candidate Profile
Young, energetic, and physically fit.
Previous experience working in a restaurant, café, or hotel cleaning role is preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards in food establishments.
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude at work.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preference will be given to candidates currently available in the UAE.
