Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for a 10-month temporary contract in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end order management, ERP processing, and supply chain coordination within the healthcare/medical devices industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle from receipt to delivery
Process and validate orders in ERP (SAP preferred)
Ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and documentation
Coordinate with sales, logistics, planning, and distributors
Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues
Handle backorders, returns (RMA), and customer complaints
Support demand planning and PSI monitoring
Ensure commercial compliance and contract adherence
Maintain accurate ERP master data and audit documentation
Track and improve customer service KPIs
