Urgent Hiring | Assistant OEM Electrical Engineers – Wind Energy Sector

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from solar, power plant, industrial maintenance, or electrical service backgrounds looking to transition into the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily inspection, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wind turbines, substations, and electrical systems.
Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
Carryout scheduled and preventive maintenance according to OEM manuals and site procedures.
Support installation, commissioning, and retrofit activities as required.
Monitor turbine performance via SCADA and report abnormal operating conditions.
Record maintenance activities, faults, and corrective actions accurately.
Follow HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and site safety rules.
Participate in emergency response and safety drills.
Perform other site-related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
1–2 years of experience in wind power, power plants, solar PV, or industrial maintenance.
Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical skills.
Basic understanding of control systems and fault diagnostics (Wind experience is a plus).
Ability to work at height and in outdoor / remote site conditions.
Fluently English communication skills.
Willingness to work shifts and respond to breakdowns when required
