Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking
Prepare data entries and update accounting records
Support bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents
Assist during audits and documentation reviews
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office documentation, filing, and record keeping
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
Support procurement and office supply coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
Maintain employee and vendor records
Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
Ensure smooth daily office administration activities
