Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes

  • Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking

  • Prepare data entries and update accounting records

  • Support bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting

  • Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents

  • Assist during audits and documentation reviews

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office documentation, filing, and record keeping

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence

  • Support procurement and office supply coordination

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents

  • Maintain employee and vendor records

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers

  • Ensure smooth daily office administration activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:

    • Accounting

    • Finance

    • Business Administration

    • Commerce


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Internship or training experience preferred
