About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in HR functions and will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring adherence to HR policies and local labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, orientation schedules, and welcome materials
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events, surveys, and recognition programs
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies
Provide administrative support for HR policy implementation and documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience in an HR or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of interviewing techniques and onboarding processes
Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and HR policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with basic data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or project experience in HR functions
Knowledge of Mumbai labor laws and compliance requirements
Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
Certification in HR fundamentals (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 3)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
