Position Title: Production Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: - Manage end-to-end production lifecycle from order confirmation to final delivery. Coordinate with design, buying, and merchandising teams to ensure production readiness. - Identify, onboard, and manage manufacturers, factories, and suppliers. - Prepare reports on supplier performance, cost analysis, and production efficiency. - Work closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising, Logistics, and Planning teams.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Fashion Production, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within apparel, sportswear, footwear, lifestyle retail, or fashion industry. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, textiles, product development cycles, private label production, and branded merchandise. - Experience managing international suppliers especially in Asia, with GCC retail/fashion industry exposure and knowledge of sustainability and compliance standards in manufacturing.
