Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards to safeguard team and project integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, translating technical details into actionable tasks for the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree in Electrical or a related field to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of electrical principles.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision within commercial or industrial settings.
Possession of relevant certifications, such as National Electrical Code (NEC) certification, to validate expertise in electrical safety standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
