Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of project documents, from creation and distribution to revision and archival, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain a robust document control system, adhering to industry standards and project-specific protocols to guarantee efficient information flow.
- Oversee the timely submission, review, and approval of all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
- Establish and enforce strict numbering, filing, and retrieval procedures to prevent document loss or duplication and maintain version control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the construction industry.
Proficiency in industry-standard document management software and advanced MS Office Suite skills.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, workflows, and technical documentation requirements.
