Roles & Responsibilities

• The Corporate Action Manual Tester plays a critical role in validating custody service functionalities within the TCS BaNCS platform. The role requires a deep understanding of TCS BaNCS custody platform and GCC market corporate action practices. The tester will review high level Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) submitted by TCS, and collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders. The tester will design and execute test cases across modules such as corporate action, cash and position management, billing, cash management, reconciliation and End User Reporting (EUR). Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing defects, publishing execution reports, and ensuring timely resolution. The role supports corporate action processing via SWIFT, manual input, and file uploads, and contributes to the overall quality and reliability of custody services.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Custody Operation UAT testing.

• Proven track record of successfully managing testing services.

• Proven experience on applications used to manage custody services and other relevant services.

• Strong expertise in Investment banking products and all services under security services and in specific ‘custody services’

• Proven proficiency in implementing and adopting cloud technologies.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and proven ability to lead successful service initiatives.
