About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and delivery of major architectural projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in architectural design, AutoCAD, and BIM with strong project management capabilities to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets while complying with local construction regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead conceptual design and development of architectural projects from inception through completion
- Produce and review detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and BIM tools
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery
- Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Implement quality control processes and conduct design reviews
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering professional growth
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular project updates
Required Qualifications:
- 15–20 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and building codes
- Proven track record of leading large-scale architectural projects
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on high-profile urban and mixed-use developments in the GCC
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- LEED Accredited Professional or equivalent sustainability credential
- Fluency in Arabic and English for client and contractor communications
- Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms and advanced visualization tools
- Demonstrated expertise in sustainable and environmentally responsive design
