Brand Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Execute brand marketing activities and business initiatives in alignment with company objectives and market development plans. Support the growth of assigned markets by identifying new customers, business opportunities, and industry partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs, gather feedback, and strengthen brand presence. Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, product demonstrations, and customer engagement events. Support the implementation of brand promotion and market activation activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to management. Assist in developing sales support materials, product presentations, and marketing collateral. Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, and Headquarters teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional initiatives. Support channel development and customer acquisition activities to expand market coverage. Collect and analyze market information, customer feedback, and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities. Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer-facing activities and events

Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Communications, or a related field. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Sales Support, or a related role. Experience in organizing and participating in exhibitions, trade events, customer engagement activities, and market development initiatives. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and business partners. Good understanding of brand promotion, market research, customer engagement, and channel development. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset. Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, exhibitions, and market development activities.
