- Utilize specialized winding machinery and tools, maintaining equipment for peak operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards while handling high-voltage systems and materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in motor winding or related electrical work.
- Proficient in using winding machines and tools; familiarity with CNC machines is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and motor design; prior experience with AC/DC motors is essential.
