Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Documentation Support Associate to support HR operations, employee documentation, and internal governance processes within a structured organizational environment. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who are looking to build experience in HR administration, records management, and organizational support functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR documentation and employee record management

  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR files, trackers, and databases

  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and internal documentation

  • Support onboarding and employee administration processes

  • Assist in audit preparation and HR compliance documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requests

  • Ensure proper filing and organization of employee records

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR support, administration, documentation, or related functions

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
