Key Responsibilities
Support HR documentation and employee record management
Assist in maintaining and updating HR files, trackers, and databases
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and internal documentation
Support onboarding and employee administration processes
Assist in audit preparation and HR compliance documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requests
Ensure proper filing and organization of employee records
