Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing to maintain supply chain velocity.
  • Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries, negotiating rates and optimizing routes for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update inventory records with precision, conducting regular cycle counts and investigating discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Process and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms, to ensure compliance and prevent delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong understanding of shipping regulations, incoterms, and international trade documentation.
