Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a master's degree is a plus and preferred for leadership roles.

Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or specific engineering certifications that demonstrate expertise in project management.
Demonstrated experience in the software development lifecycle, particularly in agile frameworks and methodologies, is essential.
