Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate IT activities across all group companies to ensure consistent technology standards and operational alignment.
Drive and monitor digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions, automation projects, and process digitization.
Support departments in adopting new IT tools, systems, and workflows that improve productivity and service quality.
Review existing IT processes and recommend enhancements to improve digital maturity and operational efficiency.
Monitor ongoing digital initiatives, track implementation progress, and report outcomes to management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades, integrations, and technology improvements.
Identify opportunities for automation across business functions and support implementation planning.
Ensure data security awareness, compliance, and responsible technology usage across departments.
Assist in technology onboarding for new users, departments, and business units as needed.
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, projects, and technology standards.
Support group-wide IT coordination for hardware, software, network, and application-related matters.
Collaborate with HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, and other teams to enhance digital workflows and technology adoption.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT coordination, IT support, digital transformation, business systems, or related roles.
Strong understanding of IT operations, digital workflows, automation tools, and end-user technology support.
Exposure to ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, document systems, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
Experience with process improvement, systems implementation, or digital change initiatives preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and digital workplace solutions is highly desirable.
