Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations, proactively mitigating risks before incidents occur.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs, policies, and procedures, contributing to a culture of safety from the ground up.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions, preventing future occurrences.
- Provide safety training and orientation to employees, fostering a safety-conscious workforce through engaging and informative sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Holds a relevant safety certification, such as OSHA 30-hour or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational understanding of safety principles.
Nebosh certification is must.
Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a safety-related role, preferably within manufacturing sector or factory based environment
Demonstrates a strong understanding of safety regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
