Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and review 3D models and engineering drawings
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations
Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and cost efficiency
Support project planning and execution activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Structural or related field)
Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, SolidWorks, or similar)
Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
