Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to offboarding departing staff, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries and problem resolution.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a fair work environment.
- Facilitate employee relations, mediating disputes and addressing grievances to maintain a harmonious workplace culture.
- Support performance management initiatives, assisting with goal setting, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, utilizing HRIS systems for efficient data management.
- Contribute to compensation and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary processing.
- Champion employee engagement and well-being programs, actively promoting initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, empowering them to effectively lead their teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role.
Experience on [Construction] sector is preferred.
HR certificate is preferred.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
